Cabinet Inauguration 2026-27

The School Cabinet Ceremony was organised with great enthusiasm and dignity at Besant English School. The programme was conducted to formally introduce and empower the newly elected Cabinet members and to encourage students to develop leadership, responsibility, discipline, and a spirit of service.   The programme began with a prayer, seeking the blessings of the Almighty for the successful conduct of the ceremony. This was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolising the removal of darkness and the beginning of a bright and responsible journey. A melodious prayer song was then presented. The programme was compered by Hani of Class 9, who welcomed the dignitaries, teachers, PTA members, and students. The rules and regulations were read by Shikha Teacher, highlighting the duties, responsibilities, discipline, and code of conduct expected from the Cabinet members.   The Chief Guest, Dr. Manel Arjun Nayak Sir, and Headmistress, Mrs. Laveena Albert Ma’am, along with the PTA members, graced the occasion with their presence. The newly appointed Cabinet members then took the oath, pledging to perform their duties sincerely, uphold the values of the school, and work responsibly for the welfare of their fellow students. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Khushboo of Class 9, who expressed gratitude to the Chief Guest, Headmistress, PTA members, teachers, Cabinet members, and students for their valuable presence and support.   The ceremony was successfully conducted in a disciplined and inspiring manner, marking the beginning of a new journey of leadership, responsibility, and service for the School Cabinet.
